Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and correct it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Please note, we cannot accept returns on:

Exchanges

To ensure you get what you want as quickly as possible, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
